    This is great treadmill workout with 3 different levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Love the weights sections. The cardio part is as challenging as you want it to be; same with the strength/floor work. This is by far the best in the series. The other dvds have moves that are a bit tricky and make you feel like you will fall off the treadmill. I wish they would come out with other dvds more like this one!
